              Hey Yama,
              The Visual Team is the group that determines where the merchandise goes in the stores.
              I'm not sure how new the department is....but it is a large group.
              I'd say there's probably about 30 people that do it for A&F...and about 30 for Hollister....about 5 for Ruehl

            Hey Chad quick question about applying at Home Office.
            What ar the pre-requisites? I'm guessing what you would have to have to be a store manager? ex. 4 yr degree.
            And what's the pay like?

              No...you definitely don't need to have store experience to work at the HO.
              There's a lot of people (myself included) that never worked in one of the stores.
              I'm sure it would help if you apply for an allocation or merchant position....but definitely not required.
              The only thing I would say...definitely have a college degree. They are also more apt to hire people who come from a big name school.
              Also...all employees are required to take a test during the interview process. There's a minimum score you have to meet to get hired. If you don't meet the minimum, you won't get hired regardless of how qualified you are for the position.
              As for benefits....I think they're decent.....40% off A&F, Kids & Ruehl....30% off at Hollister.
              Salary is decent as well.
              Hope this helps.

    Hey Michael, I work at the Houston Galleria also. Used to work at the adult store and transferred to the kids store. I am a visual stylist and model. I've never heard of you before...I only know of Patrick, Kevin, Brittany, and Candice that do visuals. Are you new? I've been with the Galleria stores for about a year now.

    random but I thought I'd share. Last month I was on my way to Chicago for the first time and took a wrong freeway and ended up at a 7-11 in Schaumburg calling my hotel to give me directions back to CHicago. :-)
