Re: difference between models, impacts and brand reps?
Fri, May 11, 2007 - 9:04 PMA model and a brand rep are the same thing. they just changed the name to model. they basically stand on the floor, fold the store down, help customers, do fitting rooms, and run the cashwrap. the impact team runs the stockroom. they sensor clothes, pull USR's, backstock the unneeded clothes from floorset, do redlines, and basically keep the stockroom together. -

Re: difference between models, impacts and brand reps?
Tue, August 21, 2007 - 8:58 PMactually..at 5th ave, it runs kinda different. There's two impact teams..Impact A, and Impact B..A does all the work previously mentioned and are forever in the stock room, and B does everything a brand rep does except more folding. The 5th ave flagship impact team runs a lot different than the other stores.

Re: difference between models, impacts and brand reps?
Sun, August 26, 2007 - 7:22 PMa model IS a brand rep. they use to call them brand reps because they represent the abercrombie brand because they wear the clothes. but they recently changed the name from brand rep to model. !. because thats what there doing while there working is "modeling" the look. and 2. because they have secret shoppers who come in and theres certain things that have to be right in order to get a good score like they can't have more than ten things unfolded in each room of the store, and the people in the front and on register have to be good looking. if there not they can get a bad score. now the only reason they can get away with this is because they call them models. so in having that name they can get away with not hiring because of looks. and impacts are the people who do shipment and fill the store. impacts are usually just suppose to fill and do usr (unit sold reports) it tell whats been sold and how many so they know what to put back on the floor
