Hey everyone!
I am going to graduate with my Bachelors degree in about a year and I am hoping to get on as an MIT at an Abercrombie location. On the Careers section of the A&F website, all internships and corporate positions require a 3.0 GPA to get in, is it the same for the MIT program, or is that even the case with corporate positions? Would they take someone with an awesome work ethic and personality over someone with a perfect GPA? I'd appreciate anyone's thoughts!

Re: Manager in Training for A&F
Wed, July 29, 2009 - 11:56 AMIf you are trying to be an MIT at an Abercrombie affiliated retail store you do not need a 3.0 GPA . I know what you're talking about though, as I've looked at their career website as well. Basically, A&F wants hard working people preferably with a business degree as they recruit from within their stores - meaning everyone who works up at corporate started out as an MIT somewhere in the US. So to answer your question, of course they'd highly consider someone with an awesome work ethic! Good luck :)
